Anne, a brilliant lawyer, lives in perfect harmony with Pierre and their two daughters, aged six and eight, on the outskirts of Paris. One day, 17-year-old Theo, Pierre's son from a previous marriage, comes to live with them. Theo's presence disturbs Anne, who gradually becomes passionately involved with him, jeopardizing her career and family life.
