Neighboring Sounds

The presence of a militia in a middle-class street in the south of Recife changes the lives of the local residents: while some celebrate the tranquillity brought by private security, others experience moments of extreme tension. Bia (Maeve Jinkings), a married mother of two, tries to deal with her neighbour's noisy dog.
