From dawn till night, a few hours in the existence of Mr. Oscar (Denis Lavant), a being who travels from life to life. He is alternately a wealthy industrialist, a murderer, a beggar, a monstrous creature, a family man… Mr. Oscar seems to play roles, internalizing each one completely, but where are the cameras? Where is his home, where is his family, his rest?
