Banzo

1907. Afonso restarts his life on an African tropical island as a plantation doctor, where he will have to treat a group of servants "infected" by Banzo, the slaves' nostalgia. They are dying by the dozens, from starvation or suicide. Fearing contagion, the group is sent to a rainy hill, surrounded by forest. There, Afonso tries to heal the servants, but the inability to understand what goes on in their souls proves stronger than all solutions.
