Atlântida

Daniele is a young man from Sant'Erasmo, an island on the edge of the Venice Lagoon. He lives his own way, isolated even from his friends, who are constantly busy with an existence seeking pleasure through the worship of "barchinos," the name for the region's motorboats. This obsession takes shape in the construction of increasingly powerful engines to transform the lagoon's small speedboats into racing boats as fast as they are dangerous. Daniele also dreams of building the fastest barchino, but everything he does to achieve this desire and earn the respect of others seems to go wrong.
