Against the backdrop of the Philippine government's crackdown on illegal drug trafficking, a police force led by the SWAT launches an operation to apprehend Abel, one of Manila's biggest drug lords. Detective Espino collaborates with Elijah, a small-time drug dealer turned police informant who provided the crucial data for the operation, which quickly escalates into a violent, heavily armed confrontation in the Manila slums between the SWAT and Abel's gang.
