Thirty years later, I'm on my way to Macau, where I hadn't been since I was a child. I received an email in Lisbon from Candy, a friend I hadn't heard from in years. She told me she had gotten involved with the wrong men once again and asked me to come to Macau, where "strange and scary things" were happening. Tired after a long flight, I arrive in Macau aboard the boat that will take me back to the happiest time of my life.
