Antónia is a young photojournalist living on the island of Corsica, in the south of France. Starting from her life, various episodes of Corsica's political history are shown, in a narrative that begins in the 1980s and goes up to the early 21st century. Her journalistic lens and passion for Pascal, a young activist for the Corsican National Liberation Front, allow for the merging of the particular tensions of this context with the universal story of a woman trying to forge her own path, in a film that addresses the nature of photography and the life it represents.
